All-in-one solution for process management

BPMN is a global process modeling standard from 2005. It will provide businesses with the capability of understanding their internal business procedures in a graphical notation and will give organizations the ability to communicate these procedures in a standard manner.

Less reliance on IT department

Hassle-free! Just drag some nodes and connect it with actions, apps, data sources, or any custom integration. Our BPMN studio will allow you to build processes, visualize it and the most important is to start it immediately without any interruption from IT department.

BPMN is a standard for the ISO

ISO/IEC 19510:2013 stands for Information technology – Object Management Group Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).It represents an ISO version of BPMN, and is identical to OMG’s BPMN 2.0.1. It was released on 15th July 2013.

User tasks

A BPMN task is an atomic activity within a process flow. You create a task when the activity cannot be broken down to a finer level of detail. Generally, a person or application will perform the task when it is executed.

DMN for business decisions and rules

DMN is easily readable by the different types of people involved in decision management. These include: business people who specify the rules and monitor their application; business analysts.

Process whiteboard (Design & Collaborate)

An approval process requires input from various levels within an organization, and as such, approval processes must be designed for efficiency. Approval processes are vital in everyday processes that deal with invoices, budgets, purchase orders, and even the creation of new processes.  No matter the process, multiple people must be involved and required to take action. The approval process relies on data, information, and workflow, so our platform can significantly help to carry out this challenge.

Move from code based to visual based processes

Most organizations working with legacy / proprietary software have developed their processes and operations inside ERP or CRM. This has been going on for many years, and the rotation of the team blurred a common understanding of how the processes and responsibilities really work.

Equal understanding of responsibilities and roles throughout the organization

90% of the information transmitted to the brain is visual. Start building your processes and operations on our platform using BPMN and use it to create organizational standards for functional day-to-day use and educational purposes and let everyone understand processes in the same way.

Process execution & Real-Time monitoring

The process model (BPMN) includes a set of rules that become operational as soon as the model is deployed in the engine. The engine will create a unique process instance each time the process model is being triggered (API, Webhook, time-based trigger). One process model can have hundreds or even thousands of running processes instances running on behalf of one process model.

Version control

For most applications, it’s crucial to deal with evolving process structure and in this case, versioning helps a lot. Using best practices you may not want to run multiple model versions at the same time, but while the new version is in progress it’s crucial to keep working latest one and to have a possibility to roll back the old one that was recently deployed is failing or not performing.

Draft while building

Despite or versioning control, our studio builder has three main statuses, which are “Unsaved”, “Unpublished” and “Latest”. While working with “Unpublished” status there is a possibility to build a new version of the process model and have communication with departments, get approvals and deploy after everything is agreed. Even if you lost your connection, all changes will be saved locally.

Import/Export BPMN models

Our studio supports importing and exporting models in the BPMN 2.0 format. You can import BPMN models which were pre-built with any other BPMN modeler like “”, “Bizagi”, “Cawemo”, “Signavio”, “BonitaSoft”, “Flowable” or any other tool.   You can also export your process model to a .bpmn file.

Deploy in seconds

Deployment technically is a simple action – you need to select the environment (amount of environments depends on your billing plan) and confirm this action by submitting a button. Deployment takes seconds and after that, the process gets “Latest” status and starts running instantly.

Analyze, improve and repeat

Get the insights you need to understand and continuously improve your business processes. Our analytics gives you the opportunity to continuously improve your business processes and automated decisions. Uncover process bottlenecks and other performance issues in easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that can be shared with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Analytics of stalled processes

Our platform gives you a real-time view of BPMN processes and DMN decision tables as they run, so you can monitor their status and quickly identify technical incidents that slow down or stop workflows. To fully understand a problem in a business process, it’s critical to understand what happened before the problem occurred.

Find bottenecks with heatmap

Process heatmaps provide an intuitive visualization of process steps that are executed frequently or that take significantly longer than expected. When combined with powerful data filtering capabilities, heatmaps help you understand the circumstances around poor performance so you can more easily pinpoint the root cause.
