BPMN is a global process modeling standard from 2005. It will provide businesses with the capability of understanding their internal business procedures in a graphical notation and will give organizations the ability to communicate these procedures in a standard manner.
Hassle-free! Just drag some nodes and connect it with actions, apps, data sources, or any custom integration. Our BPMN studio will allow you to build processes, visualize it and the most important is to start it immediately without any interruption from IT department.
ISO/IEC 19510:2013 stands for Information technology – Object Management Group Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).It represents an ISO version of BPMN, and is identical to OMG’s BPMN 2.0.1. It was released on 15th July 2013.
A BPMN task is an atomic activity within a process flow. You create a task when the activity cannot be broken down to a finer level of detail. Generally, a person or application will perform the task when it is executed.
DMN is easily readable by the different types of people involved in decision management. These include: business people who specify the rules and monitor their application; business analysts.
The process model (BPMN) includes a set of rules that become operational as soon as the model is deployed in the engine. The engine will create a unique process instance each time the process model is being triggered (API, Webhook, time-based trigger). One process model can have hundreds or even thousands of running processes instances running on behalf of one process model.
For most applications, it’s crucial to deal with evolving process structure and in this case, versioning helps a lot. Using best practices you may not want to run multiple model versions at the same time, but while the new version is in progress it’s crucial to keep working latest one and to have a possibility to roll back the old one that was recently deployed is failing or not performing.
Despite or versioning control, our studio builder has three main statuses, which are “Unsaved”, “Unpublished” and “Latest”. While working with “Unpublished” status there is a possibility to build a new version of the process model and have communication with departments, get approvals and deploy after everything is agreed. Even if you lost your connection, all changes will be saved locally.
Our studio supports importing and exporting models in the BPMN 2.0 format. You can import BPMN models which were pre-built with any other BPMN modeler like “Bpmn.io”, “Bizagi”, “Cawemo”, “Signavio”, “BonitaSoft”, “Flowable” or any other tool. You can also export your process model to a .bpmn file.
Deployment technically is a simple action – you need to select the environment (amount of environments depends on your billing plan) and confirm this action by submitting a button. Deployment takes seconds and after that, the process gets “Latest” status and starts running instantly.
Get the insights you need to understand and continuously improve your business processes. Our analytics gives you the opportunity to continuously improve your business processes and automated decisions. Uncover process bottlenecks and other performance issues in easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that can be shared with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Our platform gives you a real-time view of BPMN processes and DMN decision tables as they run, so you can monitor their status and quickly identify technical incidents that slow down or stop workflows. To fully understand a problem in a business process, it’s critical to understand what happened before the problem occurred.
Process heatmaps provide an intuitive visualization of process steps that are executed frequently or that take significantly longer than expected. When combined with powerful data filtering capabilities, heatmaps help you understand the circumstances around poor performance so you can more easily pinpoint the root cause.
